Your COVID-19 travel test starts with a simple online registration and purchase. You can then visit the selected Pronto Partner location to provide a saliva or nasopharyngeal specimen. We will test your sample at one our accredited laboratories and send your test result including a printable and verifiable test report you can download to your smartphone device.
Digital Test Results
Once your test is completed, you will receive an email link to retrieve your test result and downloadable test report. Your test report is digitally verifiable and can be downloaded at any time from anywhere in the world.

Antigen-based tests detect specific proteins on the surface of the virus. They're often called rapid tests, as they typically provide results in less than an hour. In general, antigen tests are conducted by a healthcare professional or trained operator at point-of-care, but lab-based antigen tests exist as well. Antigen tests are accepted by some countries for travel but may not be as accurate as a PCR test.

What is a PCR Test

PCR testing (also known as polymerase chain reaction testing), is a type of laboratory test that tells us if someone currently has COVID-19 by detecting the presence of the SARS CoV-2 virus in a saliva or nasal specimen. This test is considered the gold standard for COVID-19 testing and is primarily requested for travel.

How do I receive my test result?

Once your test is completed you will receive a notification email that lets you know your results are ready. You can then access your result and download your test report (PDF) for travel on any internet connected computer or mobile device. You may also click the CHECK NOW button in your test confirmation email sent to you when you first registered for your test.

Anyone over the age of 5 years old is able to receive a COVID-19 test.

How is my specimen collected?
A.
Your test specimen is collected at a Clearme partner location. Specimens are collected either by a nurse (nasopharyngeal) or collected by yourself and observed by a clinician (saliva and nares only). Your test requirement and test type will determine which specimen collection method is used.

What kind of test do I require for travel?
A.
Generally, a laboratory performed RT-PCR test is accepted globally. The United States, United Kingdom and several other countries will accept a Rapid Antigen test. Please check with your travel destination for specific requirements.
